Initial Comments:
An off-site, state licensure follow-up survey conducted on April 18 and April 20, 2023 found that America's Home Health Services LLC had corrected the deficiency cited under 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 51, and Subpart A. The deficiency was cited as a result of a state licensure complaint investigation completed on February 22, 2023.
